Compare Documents Side by Side

You are in Word and you want to compare two documents side by side. How can you go about doing that? Wouldn’t it be cool if you could?

Well, it’s actually pretty easy if you follow these steps:

  1. Open the documents you want to compare.
  2. From the View tab, select View side by side.
  3. Select Synchronous scrolling if you want to scroll through both of your documents at the same time.
